Quite comfortable stay, as always. Great breakfast with variety of food options. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV in the room. All the staff were eager to help. A quiet atmosphere around the place.

poor service

The location is perfect for exploring downtown Amman.

I was highly disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, especially during the check-in process.

Strong drainage smell in the bathroom!!! Water from the shower runs across the floor and leaves a mess!!! The lack of a gym adds disappointment!!!

The staff's friendliness. The breakfast offered a good variety, particularly the homemade pancakes that were a treat. Our King Suite with a balcony gave us a charming view of the city that enhanced our experience.
